He first appears in the game as a mechanic that fixed Yai's bath. But he really sabatoged her bath so that she would be knocked unconscious by a gas and the doors would lock to keep people out. Then he would hold her ransom and recieve a large amount of cash to fund Gospel. His plan is foiled by MegaMan.EXE and Lan who defeat AirMan.EXE and free Yai. However Arashi escapes. He is later found to be talking to his boss. The boss declares that he failed too many times to allow to live. Then a briefcase in the back of the room exploded, presumably killing him.
