Fanny Grace is the country music duo of Paul Reeves and Carmen Mejia. Their first national release is 321 Broadway, released on Reeves' Windswept Records. The name refers to the address of a now-vacant storefront in Nashville, Tennessee. The album's first single is an original composition, "Sweet Tea and Cadillacs." Producer Jeffrey Steele, who wrote songs for Tim McGraw, Montgomery Gentry, Rascal Flatts and others was one of Fanny Grace's greatest supporters and responsible for the sound of 321 Broadway.
