Destiny Chao is a brothel owner mentioned on the computer of Herbert Dashwood in the Tenpenny Tower Suites. She was the proprietor of the Blue Destiny Brothel which was closed down in 2249 due to an outbreak of Cholera (in which Destiny Chao and most of her "ladies" perished).
