The ED-77M Pave Pelican is a specialised variant of the regular Pelican, used for offensive electronic warfare operations and psychological operations, often in support of special forces deployments. It is used for a variety of tasks, such as the disruption of enemy command and control capabilities, RADAR jamming, suppression of enemy air defence missions, jamming and broadcasting over channels for psychological operations, etc.
