Bey Soo Khiang is a Singaporean business executive and retired military officer. He was the third Chief of Defence Force of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) from 1995 to 2000, holding the rank of Lieutenant-General. Prior to that, he served the Chief of the Republic of Singapore Air Force. After retiring from the SAF in 2000, Bey joined Singapore Airlines and held high executive positions in the company before leaving in 2011.
