Most likely not. Roy was in Fire Emblem VI and Fire Emblem VII, and no one person appeared in more that two Fire Emblem games. (For those of you who want to be smart-arses and say Marth & Co were in Fire Emblem I, III, and XI, Fire Emblem XI is a remake of Fire Emblem I and are therefore officially the same game.)
