The "2013 Attention List" or "2013AL" was posted around Lovian newspapers, entertainment sources, and news channels on December 14th, 2012. The list was headed by the CAIC leader, Larry Westman. The list included two categories,"Known Inactive" and "Close to Inactive". Two, Matthew McComb of Positive Lovia and Martijn Mans of the Limburgish Minority Party, were labelled Known Inactive due to their low interest in Lovia and its politics. One other, Lucy Austira of the SLP, was labelled "Close to Inactive" due to her infrequent times of activity and then long periods of inactivity.
