Tal Rasha's Relentless Pursuit is a Chest Armor piece of the Tal Rasha's Elements set in Diablo III. It drops at character level 60 or higher, and only at Torment difficulty. Because this chest piece always rolls with a bonus to a hero's Attack Speed (and with the usual four primary affixes untouched), which is normally impossible to get on a chest piece, all classes may find worth in seeking this item out, rather than just Wizards.
