Ketheres, known in Japan as Jeru (エル Eru?), is the space city connected to Tiphares on the opposite end of the Orbital Elevator and the sister city of Nezher. It is the headquarters of LADDER and the Onion Frame is the site of the Tenth Zenith of Things Tournament. At the end of Battle Angel Alita, Ketheres was renamed Ketheres Elyion and LADDER was dissolved, but this has been retconned in Last Order.
