If someone wishes to apply for training under and eventual membership with the Gleemen, the may add the {Gleeplicant} tag to their title and insure that the following requirements are met: 1. Must be level 20 and unable to wield the One Power. (Class checks are done to enforce this) 2. Must be free o' warrants from Light-faring nations. (Allowances may be made so long as warrants are cleared by the time o' clanning, but the applicant must take care o' this o' their own volition, and discretion to accept an applicant as an apprentice with outstanding warrants is the right o' the Council alone.)
