The Base Set of 2008 Donruss Elite Extra Edition is made up of 199 cards almost all are rookies and prospects. The first 100 cards make up the true base set while cards 101-199 are all autographed. The overall autograph/game used insert rate was 1:4 packs. Each of the autographed cards is serial numbered. The set includes autographed cards by three basketball players including Derrick Rose.
