Boss found during Hilda's Special weapon sidequest. Found inside the Erick theather,talking in a bat language which only Mao understand, later is reavealed to be Hilda's Grandfather. The Black bat speaks of the inheritance, a Key, to be given to Hilda, but only after she takes him on. Hilda emerges victorious and renames the Key to, Magical Key Hilding. After the party leaves, the Black bat says to himself he never remembered Hilda being that way before.
