Seisa gathers some of his Cobalt Powder and compresses it into dozens of sharp needles. These needles are then launched over a very wide range using the repelling force of magnetism, making them incredibly fast and difficult to dodge. The size of the needles can range from being as small as a fingernail, to being longer than a sword.
