John Chains is the main antagonist of the Gun Guy franchise. He is one of the rare Poweruza and has the Life of the Gods, making him immortal and and nearly invulnerable. After much betrayal to the original leaders, Chains became the Emperor of the World Empire and reformed it into his own force to be used in his own plans for dominating the entire universe.
