The Accepted Moiraine Damodred and Siuan Sanche arrive in that camp to collect the names of women who "bore a child between the day the first soldiers arrived and the day the threat is ended" (the threat being referred to is the invasion by the Aiel) both in the city of Tar Valon and in the army who "provided the shield" to Tar Valon during the Aiel War. The Amyrlin has promised a bounty of one hundred gold crowns to any woman whose name is on that list.
