Sandra Holdren was an Emergency Doctor who treated NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo's injuries he had sustained during his fight with Mossad officer Michael Rivkin. She was later seen talking to Ziva David, Rivkin's girlfriend and partner, Dr. Holdren telling Ziva that Rivkin had succumbed to his injuries and died.
