Tuffles (ツフル人, Tsufuru-jin) were a highly advanced, technological race of beings native to Planet Plant (later Planet Vegeta). However, the planet was later taken over by the Saiyans, leaving the Tuffles on the edge of extinction. To combat their own extinction, they found any and all Saiyan remains after the Genocide of the Saiyans and infused them with both Tuffle and cyborg properties, creating the Neo-Saiyans.
