[Source] The harmonic inducer was a device used by the bounty hunter Sülphurr Cyander. If shot on a crystal round, it created an impenetrable crystal prison. During a skirmish in Mos Espa, Cyander used his harmonic inducer in an attempt to restrain Cad Bane and Ttekket.
