Shu Chushin is a character in the Fushigi Yugi light novel Suzaku Hi Den. Husband of Sho'un, they were entrusted with Shu Tendo by empress Motaiko and they were in charge of raising the boy. Along with his wife, he is killed by the Kutou soldiers later on.
