John Dawson-Damer (born 1941 – 24 June 2000) was an British co-driver. On June 24, 2000, during the 2000 Goodwood Festival Of Speed, Dawson-Damer was driving a Lotus 63 car before tragically crashing and killing himself and a marshal. It was found out that Dawson-Damer went into a cardiac arrest, causing him to veer onto the grass and crashing into the finish gantry. The crash was caught on tape.
