Quadrant 4 (or Quadrant IV) is a region of space within Federation territory, a treaty boundary quadrant that comprised almost a quarter of the explored space of the Federation in the 22nd and 23rd centuries. This quadrant was divided into two subquadrants, Quadrant 4 North and Quadrant 4 South.
