The Propaganda Dissemination Section was a government branch of the Galactic Empire responsible for the dissemination of propaganda throughout the galaxy. After the Declaration of a New Order, Pollux Hax served as the chief of the section for several years. During his tenure, Hax and the section were commissioned by Emperor Palpatine to write an article promoting the Imperial capital world Imperial Center, formerly Coruscant. The section stated that it presented the report verbatim without changing a single word from the original text.
