Neonsei, real name unknown, is the disowned, neon brother of Sensei. He is so named 'Neonsei' as he is neon and was related to Sensei. He became neon when he ate two much coloured snow. He was disowned when he was the human equivalent of twenty, for nearly deleting his parents.
