David Edwards is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for Wolverhampton Wanderers. He also represents [[Image:|22x20px| |Flag of Wales]] Wales at international level. Born in Pontesbury, Shropshire, he started as an apprentice at his local club, Shrewsbury Town, where he would eventually spend 4 years in the first-team, before moving to Luton Town, where he spent one season.
