UniFy was the Telos IV front for the Offworld Mining Corporation, which was led by the dark Jedi Xanatos. Xanatos used UniFy to control Telos and provide him with a sancutary after his attempted destruction of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. In an attempt to gain evidence of UniFy's dealings, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi, with the help of smuggler Denetrus infiltrated the company's headquarters in Thani, the capital of Telos.
