Sheri Sanders is a stage actress who originated the roles of Madame Squirrel and Hetty Muskrat in Goodspeed's 2009 production of Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas. Sanders was part of the workshops leading up to the production of the show, where the role of Madame Squirrel was known simply as "excited squirrel". Sanders also trained with John Tartaglia in a puppetry masters class. Sanders other stage credits include the national tour of Fame, and City Center Encores! production of Hair.
