Harvest Moon Merchants was founded in April 2005 after the split of the flags Freedom Runners and Twilight Marauders. Bostonian decided Harvest Moon Merchants was to be a mercantile crew, based around trading and shoppe ownership. It was to be a small crew of friends who enjoyed each others company and a less "warlike" group of pirates. Since no replacement Captain could be found, the crew was disbanded on September 25, 2005, due primarily to the absence of Bostonian who took on the new name Epimetheus and moved on to other oceans.
