King Roald IV of Misthalin was born on the 22nd of Fentuary in the year 190 of the Fifth Age. He was the son of King Roald III of Misthalin and his wife Queen Ellamaria. King Roald IV is the current monarch of Misthalin who came to power in the year 202 of the Fifth Age after the destruction of the Senate during the Varrock Civil War. Because his father and mother were murdered shortly before, he was forced to rule the city, even though he was only 12 years old when he was crowned. Because of his age, a regent ruled the city and maintained a stable economy and government until Roald IV was of age.
