Souters House was a 13 storey tower block on Grazebrook Croft on the Athol Farm estate in Bartley Green, Birmingham. Approved in 1965, it was constructed by DL using the Fram construction method and completed in 1969. It was 38 metres tall with a total of 50 flats. It was demolished in late 2007 by City Demolition using the high reach removal method.
