Chester David "Tuff" Harris (born January 23, 1983 in Crow Agency, Montana) is an American football safety for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League. He was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at Montana. Harris has also been a member of the New Orleans Saints and Tennessee Titans.
