This dental clinic is clean and modern. It is very popular with foreign residents of Tsukuba. If you have a dental emergency Dr. Lee will try his best to fit you in. I went on a busy Monday for an emergency and was seen within 30 minutes. The staff were friendly, I would highly recommend this clinic especially for non Japanese speakers.
