After Larry Deidre died, workers began to construct the towers. Tower 1, dedicated solely to the purpose of offices, was finished in 2008. Construction for Tower 3 followed the completion of Tower 1. It started in 2008, and ended November of the same year. And finally, they began to build Tower 2, a building which would only be apartments. The large ballroom took nearly three months to complete, not to mention that it took over a year for the tower to be completed. In 2010 Tower 2 was completed.
