Illusory Boots are Legendary boots in Diablo III. They require a Character Level of 12 to drop, and can only be found in Act II and Act IV Horadric Caches. Their special property allows player to move freely through enemies (and walls created by the Waller affix). This applies even during the forced movement skills such as Furious Charge, Whirlwind, Strafe and Tempest Rush.
