Kenrō Okamura (岡村健郎, Okamura Kenrō) is a jōnin-level shinobi of Sunagakure and the leader of Team Kenrō. He is renowned for his mastery of the Water Release and various techniques associated with the chakra nature. He also has come to be known as one of the best Water Release users in the history of Sunagakure and as such has gained the nickname Raging River of Sunagakure (荒れ狂う川の砂隠れの里, Arekuruu Kawa no Sunagakure no Sato). He was specifically chosen to teach Hayato Takeda, the jinchūriki of the Four-Tails.
