Katsuhiko Sasamoto (笹本勝彦 Sasamoto Katsuhiko?) is a superior of Daiki who steals the Proto Suit and wears to become the 4th Metal Hero Warrior in the series. Then, he is able to hurt Chief Masaki and challenges Daiki to a duel. During the fight, the warehouse begins to blow up interrupting and stopping the battle between the two. After seeing Daiki's heroic act of saving a little girl and the argument with Masaki, he regrets everything he did.
