Annis is an automotive manufacturer in Grand Theft Auto IV. As Annis makes the Maxima-derived Pinnacle, it is most likely a caricature of Nissan, as Annis is an almost-anagram of Nissan (with exceptions that Nissan has two "S" letters, while the Annis has two "N" letters). The logo, however looks similar to the 1992–1997 Mazda logo. The name is pronounced fast, changing "Annis" to "Anus".
