The Technical Data Custodian is a technical person taking care of the system side of data management. He/she helps the Data Definition Owner implementing the Data Definitions and the rules for Data Quality and supports the Data Value Owner storing and retrieving the Data Items. Usuall the Technical Data Custodian sits in an IM&T function.
