Kuro Tzuyven was the former head of the Sinnoh Defence Force, and is the main antagonist of the Diamond Pearl Platinum fanfiction up until his demise. He commanded a powerful aerial ship in the Sinnoh Defence Force. His last battle took place at Veilstone City, where he faced numerous opposition. When Blaziken bashed Tzuyven's ship with a Mach Punch, his ship was sent spinning into the sea to the northeast, where it exploded, killing him with it.
