Lord Tedero and the Sagunjan was one of the ten classic sobatu ("grand high style"), the ancient opera form. It narrates the story of how Tedero entered the cave to free ancient Neshka from the clutches of the dreaded sagunjan. The sagunjan was traditionally made as a model of paper, but for the performances for the nobility Great Ones create the appropriate illusions.
