Newton Windsor Blade (born 1951) is a Miami-based drug dealer, known as the "Sears and Roebuck" of controlled substances. James "Sonny" Crockett tried to bust Blade for three years but never was able to catch Blade and the drugs in the same place at the same time. When Crockett and Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs were heading to New York to stop the Revillas, they go to Blade's boat to find a New York connection, and he provides Jimmy Borges as their contact.
