Lieutenant Michelle Roberts was a Starfleet engineer assigned to the USS Enterprise in 2246. When the Enterprise had to exceed warp 6 in order to deliver urgently needed food supplies to the colony on Tarsus IV, Roberts was monitoring the ship's deflectors from the engineering station on the bridge.
