The 2007 Sylvania 300 was a Nextel Cup (now Sprint Cup) event held at New Hampshire International Speedway on September 16, 2007. It was the first race in the Chase for the Nextel Cup. Clint Bowyer left nothing to doubt in claiming his first career victory, leading 222 of the 300 laps and holding off Jeff Gordon by 6.469 seconds.
