Max Tyrus was the personal, bodyguard, hitman and right-hand man of Ethan Stanhope and who was also responsible for the death of Alina Rostoff, G. Callen's foster sister. In a gunfight that erupted after Stanhope made himself known, Tyrus attempted to kill Kensi but she shot him first, killing him instantly and also causing him to fall from some railings.
