The Black Parade Is Dead! is the second live album by American alternative-rock band My Chemical Romance. The album is a CD/DVD album released on June 30, 2008. The CD features the audio from the last show of The Black Parade World Tour in Mexico City, while the DVD features the video of the Mexico City show, and a smaller show at Maxwell's, New Jersey.
