Being attuned means using the enchantments Earth Attunement, Fire Attunement, Air Attunement, Water Attunement and/or Elemental Attunement to regain a portion of the energy cost after succesfully casting spells of the related attribute. It may also refer to holding the urn of Songkai generated by Attuned Was Songkai, which grants a reduction in the energy cost of Spells and Binding Rituals.
