Jennifer Lucille Tolley (born September 16, 1961) is an American-Canadian actress, voice actress and singer. She is best known for the voice of Soleil Spacebot in the 1986 Nelvana-produced TV series, The Spacebots. She is also the voice of T.O.B.O.R. from MySims. She voiced SpongeBob's job trainer, the Bikini Bottom Bus Announcer and the Bikini Bottom Train Announcer in Bikini Bottom Transit Training.
