Yuun Taa is a geneticist and cloner from Kamino. He participated in the creation of the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars, and was later contracted by the Empire for a classified project that was deemed only somewhat successful. By the time of the Battle of Yavin, he was part of the cloning projects spearheaded by the Empire during the course of the Civil War.
