Sheriah was a generally peaceful, grassy planet, much like Dantooine, that existed in the far outer rim. It was rural, for the most part, and most of the inhabitants lived on tiny, isolated farms. The one exception was the Nosduh spaceport, a small settlement located on the shore of the planet's only ocean. The ocean itself encircled the planet longitude-wise like a watery ring.
