Create Item is a utility spell in ADOM. It allows the caster to magically call a random item into existence. Create Item is the second most expensive spell in the game. Unfortunately, its gains are usually nowhere near the amount of power points spent. Create Item creates a random item on the floor tile at the PC's current location. Items which are created are determined by the standard loot generation mechanism using danger level and item rarity distribution as the only factors. The odds of receiving a valuable item are thus rather low.
