Bieque Lozan-Lippod was a male scholar and philosopher who lived during the time of the Galactic Civil War. He resided in the city of Narmle, on Naboo's moon of Rori, and was considered a great mind. When the Ingon Lakbo, the rival of Lozan-Lippid declined an invitation from Sindra Lintikoor, she tasked a spacer with delivering an invitation to Lozan-Lippid in his stead.
